Is a long-term contract required for service?

Are you insured?

Unlike your mom-and-pop cleaning services that do not have a standard operating protocol or insurance, our commercial cleaners are insured and provide the highest quality of service with your peace of mind that our insurance covers any and all liabilities during a clean.

What areas do you service?

Cleanmaster International offers commercial cleaning all over Australia and New Zealand.

In Australia, we cover all the major cities in Australia like Adelaide, Sydney, Canberra, Perth, Brisbane, Darwin and Melbourne and Hobart. Aside from these places we cover all the smaller towns in Australia too, our commercial cleaners will be there in the middle of the outback faster than you can say Kangaroo!

In New Zealand, we cover both the Northern and Southern Islands with a strong presence in Queenstown, Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland.

What all is included in your cleaning service?

Our commercial cleaning services are tailored for client requirements, and they include an insured, professional clean, tailored to any and all aspects of a particular project. Our cleaners provide a detailed checklist for every project, and are managed by a local area manager. We provide a comprehensive service network backed up with competent infrastructure to ensure that every clean we do builds on to a lasting relationship.

Do you furnish the cleaning supplies?

Cleanmaster International provides the cleaning supplies for every project, and we only use eco-friendly products for all projects. If the client has a different requirement and they want to supply our cleaners with specific products, our team is happy to comply with their requests.

What should I expect on my first appointment?

When you request a quote, one of our operatives will come over and inspect the site that needs to be cleaned, and after the inspection you will be provided with a detailed quote with a breakdown of the pricing. Once both parties have agreed on the quote, the cleaning will commence at your convenience.
